JOB OVERVIEW

I'm looking for a highly experienced Shopify assistant to help me with the backend of my e-commerce business.

This is **not a full-time position**. It is a **task-based role**, meaning I'll send you tasks as they come up, and you'll complete them as quickly and efficiently as possible. Once your work is submitted, you're free to continue with your other clients or projects. I'm not looking to occupy your entire workday—I simply need someone who is reliable, fast, and produces high-quality work.

## Responsibilities

Your work will primarily revolve around Shopify. I would need help with:

* Customizing Shopify themes
* Creating advertorials and listicles using GemPages
* Using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude AI, Higgsfield, and other content-generation tools to create high-converting copy and images
* Using Atlas AI, Launch Store, or similar tools to build and customize product pages and home pages
* Importing product reviews from Amazon and editing them to fit our brand
* Generating images with Higgsfield for Shopify stores

Updating:
* Privacy Policy
* Terms & Conditions
* Shipping Policy
* Return Policy
* Other store pages depending on the product
* Assisting with general Shopify backend tasks
* Helping improve and optimize the overall customer experience on the website

This is **not an entry-level position.**
I am looking for someone who already knows what they're doing. You should be VERY EXPERIENCED working with Shopify and be able to complete tasks independently without needing step-by-step guidance.

You should have experience with:
* Shopify
* GemPages/ Advertorials and listicles
* Atlas AI/ Landing page design
* AI tools for content creation
* General e-commerce best practices

I may guide you with a few things but for the most part, I expect you to learn it by yourself. I simply don't have the time to train someone from scratch.

## Trial Period

The initial contract will be **one month**.

* **Compensation:** **$300 for the first month**
* Payments will be made **weekly**.
I am willing to pay more if you can SHOW that you deserve more.

At the end of the first month, we'll evaluate your performance. If you're reliable, efficient, and consistently deliver high-quality work, we'll discuss continuing the partnership with adjusted compensation based on your contribution.

## Important

* Attention to detail

* Quality of work
* Ability to follow instructions
