Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines to support Owner of Pinnacle Building Services in Flagstaff, AZ. This role focuses on
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and organize
Maintain and optimize calendar scheduling (appointments, meetings, reminders)
Update and manage workflows in Notion
Maintain CRM data in Pipedrive (lead tracking, updates, pipeline management)
Ensure timely follow-ups with clients and internal tasks
Assist with administrative of form filling
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant supporting a owner/ entrepreneur/ executive
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Experience with:
Notion
Pipedrive (or similar CRM)
Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs)
Excellent organizational and time management skills
High attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
Reliable internet connection and work setup
Work Arizona hours
Preferred:
Experience supporting entrepreneurs or small teams
Familiarity with automation tools (Zapier, Make, etc.)
