JOB OVERVIEW

Virtual Assistant – Electrical Admin & Operations
Type: Part-Time, with potential to transition to Full-Time
Schedule: TBA | Australian Time Zone

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and reliable Virtual Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of an electrical services business. The ideal candidate will take ownership of administrative and coordination tasks and become a trusted part of the team.

Experience in the Australian electrical industry is required, with a strong understanding of Australian electrical trade processes and business operations preferred.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage emails, customer enquiries, and follow-ups
• Follow up quotes, jobs, leads, and outstanding invoices
• Schedule and coordinate jobs with customers and electricians
• Manage CRM/job management systems
• Prepare quotes, invoices, purchase orders, and job documents
• Provide Xero and general bookkeeping support
• Maintain customer and job records
• Liaise with suppliers and request pricing
• Assist with take-offs and project administration
• Keep tasks, jobs, and follow-ups organised

Requirements
• Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Able to work independently and take ownership
•• Previous experience working with an Australian electrical business or within the Australian electrical industry is required.
• Experience with ServiceM8 and Xero is required
