JOB OVERVIEW

Virtual Assistant – E-commerce Operations Support
We are a Dutch-based e-commerce company running multiple Shopify dropshipping stores across the US, UK, and EU markets. We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented VA to support our daily back-end operations.
Responsibilities:

Create and schedule Instagram posts for our brands
Coordinate with our Trustpilot review partner to ensure reviews are delivered on time and flag when additional reviews need to be ordered
Resolve customer address errors by communicating with customer support reps
Handle supplier issues including missing shipments, late deliveries, and order problems
Source similar/alternative products when an item goes out of stock
Liaise with our service point account manager on operational issues
Manage PayPal and payment provider disputes
Prepare monthly transaction overviews for bookkeeping
Reply to Trustpilot reviews in a professional, on-brand tone

Requirements:

Excellent written English
Strong attention to detail
Experience with Shopify, Instagram, and email communication
Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently
Previous e-commerce or dropshipping experience is a big plus
