About the Client:

The client is a fast-growing, US-based online retailer committed to delivering exceptional products and a seamless customer experience.

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Virtual Assistant to support our e-commerce operations, with a strong focus on email marketing automation and website management. This is a flexible, part-time contract role, initially up to 20 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have a flexible schedule that allows for some overlap with US working hours to facilitate smooth communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Email Marketing (Primary Focus):

-Execute and maintain the existing email marketing strategy.
-Design, build, and manage sophisticated email segmentation and automation flows (e.g., welcome series, cart abandonment, post-purchase).
-Manage email campaign launches and list growth initiatives.
-Conduct performance tracking, reporting, and A/B testing to optimize results.

Website Management:

-Perform ongoing site maintenance, backend organization, and ensuring a high-quality user experience.
-Update existing pages and accurately launch new products or programs.
-Build and implement new website pages as needed.
-Note: This role is focused on the execution and monthly maintenance of the website, as the core marketing strategy is already in place.

Blog & SEO Support (Optional/Nice to Have):

-Provide monthly blog management, including scheduling and formatting posts.
-Assist with basic SEO optimization for website content.
-Ensure blog content is aligned with ongoing email campaigns.

Qualifications & Skills:

-Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, ideally supporting an e-commerce business.
-Demonstrated expertise in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.), with a focus on building segmented lists and automated email flows is highly preferred.
-Proficiency in website content management systems (e.g., Shopify, WordPress).
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Excellent written communication skills.
-Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.

Role Details:

-Contract Hours: Up to 20 hours per week to start with potential to grow!
-Schedule: Flexible, with a requirement to have some availability during US working hours.
-Start Date: Position is available immediately, with initial support needed to prepare for a digital product launch on March 15th -for a March 30th start.
-Pay: Flexible - Based on experience!
