JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Virtual Assistant with strong experience in design, video editing, and animation to help us illustrate company data. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and highly skilled in transforming data into engaging visuals through video and animations. This position is fully remote and offers an opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects that communicate business insights effectively.

Responsibilities:

Create and edit visual content, including graphics, videos, and animations, to illustrate company data.

Design and animate graphics to represent business data in a clear, visually appealing way for presentations, reports, and marketing materials.

Edit and enhance videos, ensuring they effectively communicate key data points and insights.

Work closely with the team to understand the data and develop compelling visuals that align with the brand's message.

Manage and prioritize multiple design projects while meeting deadlines.

Continuously improve design skills and stay updated with the latest trends and tools in video editing and animation.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant with a focus on design, video editing, animation, and data visualization.

Proficiency in design and animation software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar tools).

Strong portfolio showcasing previous work in data illustration, video editing, and animation projects.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Strong attention to detail and creativity in presenting complex data.

Fluent in English (both written and spoken).

Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup.

Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
