ABOUT US

We are a growing influencer marketing agency that connects YouTube creators with brand sponsorships in the tech, gaming, and entertainment industry.

This is not a typical VA role. You will not be doing one repetitive task. Every day looks different. You might run an automation workflow in the morning, audit an email inbox before lunch, research YouTube creators in the afternoon, update a large dataset, and draft a client email before end of day.

We are a small team where everyone delivers. We are looking for someone who works hard, is proactive, reliable, resilient, and delivers on time. If that sounds like you, you are welcome to apply.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

This is not a typical VA role. Every day looks different. In a single day, you might:

- Run automation workflows in n8n and Claude Code (30%)
- Manage large-scale databases in Google Sheets (25%)
- Launch and monitor cold email and sponsorship outreach campaigns (20%)
- Research YouTube creators using AI tools like Claude and Perplexity (15%)
- Communicate with clients, creators, and agencies. Keep files and systems organized (10%)

You will be one of the key people making things happen - not a number at a big company.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- 3-5 years work experience (this cannot be your first job)
- Advanced Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, IF, pivot tables, data validation)
- Experience with at least one automation tool (n8n, Zapier, or similar)
- Tech savvy - picks up new tools quickly without hand-holding
- Strong written and spoken English
- Handles multiple types of tasks every day without getting overwhelmed
- Extremely organized, diligent, and reliable
- Delivers on time. Communicates before problems become problems.

WHAT WE OFFER

- ~$500/month, negotiable based on experience
- Work directly with founders on real campaigns with real creators and brands
- Learn n8n, Claude Code, AI tools, and influencer marketing operations
- Growth path to Operations Manager as we scale
- Performance reviews every 3 months

Work setup: 8-10 hrs/day, Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm Dubai time (UTC+4). Fully remote. Time tracking via Toggl. Stable internet (25+ Mbps) and backup power required.
