JOB OVERVIEW

We are a growing auto detailing company in MN, USA, looking for a reliable, friendly, and highly organized Virtual Assistant to join our team long-term. If you enjoy talking to people, are great at customer service, and love helping a business grow, we’d love to work with you!

Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for helping manage our customer communication and supporting our booking operations, including:
???? Customer Communication
Answer inbound phone calls
Call warm leads and follow up with interested customers
Answer customer questions and provide service information
Handle rescheduling, follow-ups, and customer support issues
???? Online Communication
Reply to emails professionally and on time
Respond to Facebook/Instagram messages & inquiries (if applicable)
Assist with quote requests
Maintain a friendly and helpful tone at all times
???? Booking & Admin
Schedule appointments into our booking software (we will train you)
Track leads and conversions
Assist with reminders & confirmations
Provide excellent overall customer experience

We are searching for someone who is:
Excellent in written & spoken English
Friendly, professional, and confident when speaking with customers
Reliable with great attention to detail
Comfortable handling phone calls & messages
Able to work independently without micromanagement
Willing to learn about our services and represent our company well
Stable internet connection and quiet working environment
Experience in customer service, sales, phone support, or VA roles is a big plus, but we will train the right person.

Work Schedule:
Must be available to work U.S. hours (we will clarify exact schedule)
Full-time preferred (part-time considered depending on skills)

Compensation & Benefits
