Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Virtual Assistant to manage customer service and scheduling operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates professionally, and enjoys helping clients.
Work Schedule
Full-time availability
Must be available during U.S. business hours
Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound phone calls from real estate agents and clients
Schedule, reschedule, and confirm photography appointments
Respond to emails and text messages in a timely and professional manner
Educate clients on available photography services (listing photos, video tours, drone services, etc.)
Manage scheduling calendars and ensure accuracy of bookings
Resolve customer issues efficiently with strong problem-solving skills
Maintain organized records of client communications
Coordinate with photographers and internal tea ---------- mbers
Requirements
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a Customer Service role
Experience handling a high volume of phone calls
Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Knowledge of real estate photography services for U.S. listings
Ability to think critically and solve problems quickly
Tech-savvy and comfortable using scheduling and communication tools
Experience with Quo (or similar CRM/scheduling platforms) is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in real estate, property management, or photography services
Familiarity with U.S. real estate workflows
Ability to work independently and take initiative
