JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a part-time Virtual Assistant to join our wellness brand team and help us connect with UGC creators, affiliates, and ambassadors on Instagram and TikTok.

This role is perfect for someone experienced in outreach who can handle high-volume communication while keeping things friendly, casual, and professional.

Responsibilities
- Conduct outreach to potential creators (UGC creators, affiliates, ambassadors) via Instagram DMs and email.
- Manage communication pipelines, respond timely, and follow up as needed.
- Invite creators to participate in product launches and create content for our brand.
- Track all outreach activity, responses, and conversions using Google Drive/Sheets.
- Provide daily and weekly reports

Requirements
- Proven experience in influencer/creator outreach, affiliate programs, or similar.
- Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and email outreach strategies.
- Highly organised and able to manage at least 200 outreach messages per day.
- Strong reporting skills; ability to create clear, actionable summaries.
- Reliable internet connection and a proactive approach.

Preferred
- Experience working with wellness or lifestyle brands.
- Previous experience with UGC creator campaigns.
