ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a highly skilled, reliable, and fast multimedia editor who is confident editing BOTH:
- Short-form content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts)
- Long-form content (YouTube videos, vlogs, tutorials, educational videos, podcasts)
You will be the primary editor for a group of fast-growing brands:
- Vital Edge Performance – fitness/longevity coaching for men
- Riva Dispensing Systems – commercial ice cream & açaí dispensing systems
- WooHoo+ – U.S.-based giveaway platform
- Dallas’ Personal Brand – fitness, business, lifestyle, self-improvement
This role requires someone who can deliver high-volume short-form editing weekly while also managing lower-volume, high-quality long-form edits (ongoing educational videos, podcast episodes, YouTube content, etc.).
You will work closely with our Content Coordinator, who handles planning, strategy, briefs, and content direction.
Your job is to bring the creative vision to life with clean, paced, polished editing.
This is a LONG-TERM role with massive growth potential for the right person.

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
To turn Dallas’ raw content into engaging, professional short-form and long-form videos for daily content publishing across all brands.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Short-Form Editing (High Volume – Daily Content)
You will edit 30+ short-form videos per week, including:
- Instagram Reels
- TikTok videos
- YouTube Shorts

- Story format edits
Duties include:
- Cutting raw footage
- Adding subtitles, graphics, emojis, overlays
- Sound design & music syncing
- Following specific editing styles from reference videos
- Creating scroll-stopping hooks
- Exporting in 9:16 primarily
- Delivering ready-to-publish files to the Coordinator

Long-Form Editing (Weekly & Monthly)
You will also edit YouTube long-form + podcast content, including:
For Vital Edge:
- Weekly health/fitness/mindset podcasts
- Long-form educational YouTube videos
- Multi-camera or single-camera talking head setup
- Adding B-roll, graphics, diagrams, overlays
- Cutting out silences and filler
- Adding title screens, intros, outros
- Exporting both video (YouTube) and audio-only (podcast platforms)
For Riva:
- Product education videos
- Industry comparisons
- Explainer videos (e.g., “Riva vs Soft Serve Machines”)
- Demo footage
- Line-by-line improvements based on scripts
For WooHoo+:
- Occasional instructional or promotional longer videos
For the Personal Brand:
- Lifestyle vlog-style videos (optional)
- “Behind the scenes” edits
- Training montages
- Personal long-form storytelling content

Brand & Style Consistency
You must maintain different editing styles depending on the brand:
- Vital Edge = educational + motivational + modern fitness
- Riva = commercial + clean + professional
- WooHoo+ = energy + hype + giveaway excitement
- Personal brand = raw + relatable + personality-driven

Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with the Content Coordinator
- Follow briefs, notes, references, and example content
- Ask for clarification when needed
- Deliver drafts for review before final exports
- Accept and apply feedback quickly
- Maintain daily communication during work hours

Organisation & Asset Management
- Maintain clean project files
- Organise edited and final videos in Google Drive
- Use clear file naming conventions
- Keep an archive of templates, LUTs, assets, thumbnails, SFX
- Reuse templates to speed up workflow
- Manage long-form project timelines (especially podcasts & YouTube)

KPIs (KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS)
You will be measured on:
1. Short-Form Output
- Minimum 30 ready-to-publish short-form videos/week
- Additional quick edits as needed (stories, graphics, cut-downs)
2. Long-Form Output
- 1–3 long-form videos per week (depending on scope)
Examples:
- Vital Edge weekly podcast episode
- Riva educational video
- YouTube vlogs/educational uploads
3. Speed & Turnaround
- Short-form edits returned within 24–48 hours
- Long-form edits within 72–96 hours depending on complexity
- Revisions returned within 24 hours
