# WHAT YOU’LL ACTUALLY DO

* Create TikTok-style videos, slideshows, and memes for our apps
* Use **CapCut + Canva** daily
* Follow proven content formats and recreate them consistently
* Adapt hooks, text, clips, music, and creative elements
* Post approximately **3 videos/slideshows per account per day**
* Manage more accounts as your performance and speed improve
* Submit work for review until you fully understand our system
* Use the premium versions of our apps — we give you free access

Once you understand our building-block system, creating content becomes much faster.

If you’re smart, organized, and good at recognizing patterns, it’s possible to produce **30+ pieces of content per day**.

# HOW THE HIRING PROCESS WORKS

The test is designed to see how well you can **follow an existing content format while adapting the creative.**

You’ll recreate one of our proven video structures while changing specific elements such as:

* The hook clip
* The text
* The music

You’ll keep the overall:

* Pacing
* Structure
* Text style
* Font
* Editing style
* Content format

consistent with the reference.

We’re not looking for someone to completely reinvent the video.

We want to see whether you can understand a proven format, follow instructions, and make the right creative changes without breaking what works.

**If you pass the test and are selected for the paid trial, your test video will be paid at the full rate.**

### STEP 3 — 1-WEEK PAID TRIAL

If you pass the application test, you’ll start a **1-week paid trial at the full rate.**

During the trial, we’ll evaluate:

* Consistency
* Attention to detail
* Editing quality
* Speed
* Ability to follow feedback
* Content output
* Understanding of our creative system

### STEP 4 — OFFICIAL HIRE

If you perform well during the trial week, we’ll fully onboard you onto the team.

### STEP 5 — PROMOTION

If you show strong understanding, leadership, consistency, and high-quality output, you can be promoted quickly.

One of the main promotion paths is:

**VA ? VA Manager / Super VA**

You’ll begin helping manage other VAs, review work, and take on more responsibility.

This comes with a **significant pay increase.**

We’re also hiring for management roles, but we strongly prefer promoting people who already understand our system.
