JOB OVERVIEW

We are a growing U.S.-based commercial real estate company looking for a motivated and professional Virtual Assistant to join our team full-time. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, generating leads, and working in a fast-paced business environment.

No commercial real estate experience is required — we are willing to train the right candidate.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Make outbound calls to property owners and business professionals in the United States
Generate and qualify potential commercial real estate leads
Follow simple call scripts while keeping conversations natural and professional
Update lead information and notes in our CRM system
Schedule follow-up calls and appointments for the sales team
Research companies and property owners online
Maintain organized records of calls and daily activity
What We’re Looking For:
Excellent English speaking and communication skills
Confident and professional phone presence
Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, appointment setting, or sales is preferred
Comfortable speaking with U.S.-based business professionals
Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
Ability to work independently and meet daily goals
Experience with CRMs such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, or similar platforms is a plus
Stable internet connection and quiet work environment
