JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our lead generation and sales efforts.

This role is focused primarily on cold email outreach, with some cold calling and warm sales calls to qualify prospects and book appointments. You will be responsible for initiating conversations with potential clients, managing responses, and helping move leads through the sales process.

The position will start at 4 hours per day. For candidates who demonstrate strong performance and reliability, we expect the role to transition into a full-time position (6–8 hours per day) within approximately 3–6 months.

As the role grows, there may be opportunities to take on additional marketing and business development responsibilities.

Responsibilities
- Send personalized cold outreach emails to prospective clients
- Monitor inboxes and respond to interested leads
- Conduct cold calls and warm follow-up calls when required
- Qualify prospects and schedule appointments
- Maintain accurate lead records and update CRM systems
- Follow outreach processes and sales scripts while personalizing communication where appropriate
- Assist with basic administrative and sales support tasks
- Preferred Skills (Not Required)

The following skills are considered a strong advantage but are not required:

- Adobe Photoshop or graphic design experience
- Digital marketing experience
- Content writing
- Website management or basic web development
- PPC advertising experience
- General marketing support experience

Training can be provided for the right candidate.

Requirements
- Excellent written and spoken English (required)
- Experience with cold email outreach, lead generation, or sales communication
- Comfortable speaking with prospects by phone
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and follow established systems
- Reliable internet connection and professional work environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Availability
- Starting schedule: approximately 4 hours per day
- Must be available between 12:00 AM and 4:00 AM Manila Time for communication, outreach activities, and occasional calls
- Opportunity to increase to 6–8 hours per day as the role develops into a full-time position

Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications.
