Position: Virtual Assistant – Cold Calling & Realtor Outreach
Location: Remote
Hours: Part-Time

About the Role

Jersey Home Cleaning is looking for a confident, reliable Virtual Assistant to handle outbound calls to Realtors throughout South Jersey.

Your primary responsibility is to build relationships with local Realtors and identify cleaning opportunities for their clients and properties.

This is not a hard-closing sales position. We provide the script, lead lists, calling system, email, tracking system, and training.

Responsibilities
Make 50–100 outbound calls per day
Speak with Realtors using our provided script
Identify Realtors interested in using or recommending our cleaning company
Collect and verify contact information
Send company information to interested Realtors
Follow up with warm contacts
Maintain accurate notes in our outreach spreadsheet
Identify Realtors with current/upcoming cleaning needs
Schedule qualified Realtors for a 10-minute call with the owner
Submit a simple end-of-day activity report
You Will NOT Be Responsible For
Quoting cleaning jobs
Closing sales
Negotiating prices
Scheduling cleaning crews
Handling customer service
Performing cleaning walkthroughs

Your job is to start conversations, build our Realtor network, and create qualified opportunities.

Requirements
Strong spoken English
Confident and natural on the phone
Previous cold-calling, appointment-setting, or sales experience preferred
Comfortable making 50–100 calls daily
Reliable internet connection
Quiet working environment
Organized and able to follow a CRM/spreadsheet
Comfortable handling objections without sounding scripted
Dependable and consistent
