We are looking for motivated and professional Medicare Lead Outreach Specialists to join our growing team. In this role, you will contact Medicare prospects, ask basic qualification questions, identify interest in Medicare-related benefits, and transfer qualified consumers to licensed Medicare agents.
This is a non-sales position focused on lead qualification and live transfers.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to Medicare prospects from company-provided lead lists.
Verify whether consumers have Medicare Parts A and B or are Medicare eligible.
Ask basic qualification questions regarding Medicaid or state assistance programs.
Identify the consumer's current insurance provider.
Determine interest in reviewing potential Medicare-related benefits such as:
Dental coverage
Vision coverage
OTC (Over-the-Counter) benefits
Food card programs
Utility assistance
Potential premium reduction programs
Warm transfer qualified and interested consumers to licensed Medicare agents.
Provide brief lead notes prior to or during the transfer.
Accurately document call outcomes and transfer results in the CRM system.
Schedule callbacks when consumers are unavailable.

For interested consumers, agents will collect:
Full Name
Phone Number
State and ZIP Code (when available)
Medicare Parts A and B status
Medicaid status
Current insurance company
Benefits of interest
Preferred callback time (if applicable)
Required Skills & Qualifications+
Previous outbound calling, telemarketing, lead generation, appointment setting, or call center experience preferred.
Excellent communication and active listening skills.
Clear and professional speaking voice.
Ability to build rapport quickly.
Strong attention to detail and accurate note-taking skills.
Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment.
Ability to follow scripts, compliance guidelines, and company procedures.
Compliance Requirements
All agents must strictly follow Medicare, TCPA, DNC, state, and federal regulations.
Agents must never:
Guarantee benefits.
State that a consumer qualifies for specific benefits.
Claim that Medicare owes the consumer money.
Offer Medicare plan recommendations.
Enroll consumers into plans.
Request Medicare numbers, Social Security numbers, banking information, or credit card details.
Contact consumers who request to be placed on a Do Not Call list.
