JOB OVERVIEW

Visual 87 Production is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will support the company's operations, enhance efficiency, and ensure smooth workflows by managing various administrative and creative tasks. As a key member of our team, you'll assist in maintaining our high standards of professionalism and creativity in delivering exceptional content and services.

Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support
Manage and organize email correspondence, scheduling, and calendar appointments.
Prepare, proofread, and distribute documents, contracts, and communications.
Conduct research on industry trends, vendors, and competitors as needed.
Handle invoicing, billing, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
Familiar with Dubsado
Project Management
Coordinate timelines and deliverables for ongoing projects.
Track progress and ensure deadlines are met for content production and event planning.
Liaise with tea ---------- mbers and external partners to facilitate smooth communication.
Social Media & Marketing
Assist in planning and scheduling social media posts across platforms.
Monitor engagement and respond to comments or messages professionally.
Research and recommend strategies to enhance online visibility and reach.
Creative & Content Assistance
Organize and archive photo and video assets.
Support the preparation and distribution of promotional materials.
Assist in updating the company website with new content and visuals.
Customer Relations
Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally.
Schedule client meetings and assist in preparing proposals or presentations.
Cold Calling
Ensure excellent customer service standards are met.

Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a relevant administrative role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in office software (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office) and familiarity with project management tools (e.g.,Click up).
Basic knowledge of social media platforms and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is Mandatory.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks.
Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote setting.
Familiarity with photography, videography, or creative production is a bonus.

Salary & Timely Commitments:
3 Month Trial ---------- hours per week (At a set rate)
Commission is available from Beginning, after successful lead conversion
After 3 months there will be a review to establish ongoing projects
