Job Title: Client Relations & Intake Specialist (Hybrid)
Firm: Sara Jones Law,P.A.
Practice Areas: Personal Injury & Criminal Defense
Reports To: Managing Partner / Office Manager
The Mission
At Sara Jones Law, we represent people during the most stressful ---------- nts of their lives. We are looking for a Client Relations & Intake Specialist who can serve as the primary bridge between a potential client's crisis and our legal solutions. You will be responsible for providing compassionate support to existing clients while aggressively qualifying and "closing" new leads to ensure our firm continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you are the "First Impression" and the "Steady Hand":
Lead Conversion (Sales): Respond to inquiries from potential clients (web, phone, referrals) with urgency. You will vet cases for viability in PI and Criminal Defense and persuade qualified leads that Sara Jones Law is their best advocate.
Empathetic Intake: Conduct initial interviews to gather critical facts. You must balance the "hunter" instinct to sign a good case with the "care" required to handle sensitive details regarding a ---------- or arrests.
Client Concierge (Care): Serve as the point of contact for active clients, providing regular case updates and ensuring they feel heard and supported throughout the litigation process.
Consultative Value: Explain the firm’s fee structures (contingency vs. hourly/flat fee) clearly and confidently, overcoming "sticker shock" or skepticism.
Review Management: Proactively follow up with satisfied clients upon case resolution to secure 5-star testimonials and referrals.
CRM Integrity: Meticulously track every lead and client interaction in our case management software (e.g., Clio, Filevine, or MyCase).
Who You Are
Emotionally Intelligent: You can de-escalate a frantic caller and pivot to a professional, authoritative tone within seconds.
The "Closer": You understand that every minute a lead spends on the phone is a minute they aren’t calling a competitor. You know how to ask for the signature.
Ethical & Discreet: You handle confidential information with the utmost integrity and understand the boundaries of "legal advice" vs. "legal information."
Bilingual (Optional but Preferred): Ability to assist our diverse client base in both English and [Spanish/other relevant language].
Requirements
Experience: 1+ years in sales in a warm lead market
Knowledge: Basic understanding of Personal Injury (statutes of limitations, medical records) and Criminal Defense (arraignments, warrants) is a major plus.
Communication: Exceptional phone presence and the ability to write professional, empathetic emails.

Success Metric: At Sara Jones Law, your success is measured by two numbers: Conversion Rate (how many leads you turn into clients)
NPS/Review Score (how happy those clients are with the journey).
