# Virtual Assistant – Client Bookings & Phone Support (Mobile Detailing Business)

**Type:** Part-Time / Full-Time (negotiable)
**Pay:** $5.00 USD/hour
**Schedule:** US Eastern/Central business hours (details discussed during interview)

## About Us
On The Go Detailing LLC is a growing mobile auto detailing company serving the Bowling Green/Franklin, Kentucky area. We come to our customers' homes and offices to deliver full interior/exterior detailing services. We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to own our client communication and booking process so our on-site team can focus on the work in front of them.

## What You'll Do
- Manage incoming client bookings and scheduling requests through our CRM (Orbis X)
- Answer and/or return client phone calls when possible, and handle missed-call follow-up messages (via Quo)
- Confirm, reschedule, and follow up on appointments
- Respond to leads and inquiries promptly and professionally
- Keep client records, notes, and booking details accurate and up to date
- Communicate with the business owner about scheduling conflicts, urgent requests, or issues
- Occasionally assist with basic customer service messaging (text/email) related to bookings

## What We're Looking For
- Excellent spoken and written English — you'll be talking directly with US customers
- Prior experience as a VA, appointment setter, customer service rep, or similar role
- Comfortable making/receiving phone calls to US clients
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment for calls
- Organized, punctual, and able to work independently
- Experience with CRM/scheduling tools is a plus (we'll train you on our system)
- Customer service experience in home services, auto, or similar service-based industry is a bonus

- Quo (call & text management)
- Basic messaging apps for team communication (e.g., Slack/WhatsApp/Telegram — TBD)
