We're SnappyVAS ( ---------- ) — an AI-first company and a no-code platform for building and deploying AI agents: chat widgets, landing pages, bookings, lead qualification, and multi-channel deploy to Slack, WhatsApp, Telegram, ---------- , and Lark. We practice what we preach: we run our own operations on AI, and we're hiring a right-hand VA who does the same.

This is NOT a traditional back-office VA job. We don't want someone who waits for instructions and copies data between spreadsheets. This is a growth-and-promotion role. You'll work directly with the SnappyVAS directors, you'll work ON the platform every day — using it, testing new features, and promoting it — and you'll go find businesses that need us and help bring them in.

We want someone smart and hungry — a builder obsessed with productivity, automation, and finding smarter ways to work using AI every single day. If you're constantly building, researching, automating, promoting, and solving problems with these tools, we want to hear from you.

What you'll do

Support the directors — act as a right hand to the SnappyVAS founders, handling research, communications, follow-ups, and whatever moves the business forward
Work ON the platform — use SnappyVAS daily, build and test agents, stress-test new features, and report back what's great and what needs fixing
Market and promote SnappyVAS — create content, outreach, and campaigns that get the platform in front of the businesses who need it
Business development & lead generation — research and find prospects (trades, local service businesses, restaurants, creators, and small businesses), build target lists, and help bring them in as customers
Automate the growth engine — build AI-driven workflows in Claude Code/Cowork for prospecting, outreach, and reporting; find repetitive work and automate it away
Build with Lovable — help ship landing pages, demos, and internal tools
Write advanced prompts that produce high-quality, reliable results
Research and test new AI tools, then put the best ones to work
Create SOPs, documentation, and reports that keep the operation sharp

What you need

Extensive hands-on experience with Claude Code/Cowork (required), Lovable, ChatGPT, and Perplexity
Excellent prompt engineering skills
Strong research and lead-generation instincts — you can find the right businesses and the right people to contact
A promoter's mindset — comfortable with outreach, marketing, and putting a product in front of people
Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
Self-motivated and proactive — a builder who finds solutions instead of waiting to be told
Excellent written and spoken English
Reliable internet connection and a proper home office setup

Bonus points

Automation tools: n8n, Make, or Zapier
Basic coding or API knowledge
Experience in sales, outreach, marketing, or social media
Experience supporting business owners, founders, or executives
