10 AM – 2 PM NZST, Monday to Friday
Rate: $5 USD/hour

About the Role
We're a growing roofing marketplace looking for a reliable, detail-oriented VA to be the engine room behind our founder. You'll manage our day-to-day operations inside HubSpot CRM, keep our onboarding pipeline moving, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
What You'll Do

Manage and update HubSpot CRM – move deals through pipelines, update contact records, follow up on tasks
Run our roofer onboarding flow – collect information, chase missing details, package everything up
Send summary updates and reports as needed
Update our Webflow website with new content as directed
Schedule calls and appointments between our founder and incoming roofers
Provide a daily end-of-shift update on what got done, what's pending, and what needs attention

You're a Great Fit If You

Have hands-on HubSpot experience (this is non-negotiable)
Are highly organized and proactive – you flag issues before they become problems
Communicate clearly in written English
Are comfortable following documented SOPs and suggesting improvements
Have experience with Webflow (a plus, not required – we can train)
Are reliable and consistent – you show up every day ready to work
