About Us
Maze Performance helps volleyball families build confidence, mental toughness, and alignment across the entire ecosystem around the athlete — not just the player, but the parents and coaches around her too ---------- on Instagram). We help the whole family get aligned on the same language, expectations, and support system, so everyone around the athlete is working toward the same thing instead of pulling in different directions. That includes journaling systems, family coaching calls, and a structured framework for navigating the ups and downs of competitive youth sports.
We're growing fast and need a reliable, detail-oriented VA to help run the operational and technical backend of the business so our founder can focus on coaching and content.
What You'll Do

Automations & Funnels: Build, monitor, and troubleshoot automations in Zapier and GoHighLevel — lead capture, follow-up sequences, CRM updates, and workflow triggers.
ManyChat Management: Maintain and optimize ManyChat flows for Instagram comment-to-DM conversion, including reviewing message sequences and fixing broken flows.
Tech Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve day-to-day tech issues across our tools (ManyChat, GoHighLevel, Zapier, scheduling/booking links, email delivery, integrations between platforms).
Design Support: Create and edit graphics, social media templates, and simple marketing assets in Canva.
General Operations: Handle recurring administrative tasks — updating spreadsheets/CRM records, organizing client information, scheduling, and following up on routine business items.
Documentation: Keep clear records of how systems are set up so processes are repeatable and not dependent on one person's memory.

What We're Looking For

Solid hands-on experience with Zapier (building and troubleshooting zaps, not just using templates)
Experience with GoHighLevel (or strong CRM/funnel platform experience and a fast learner)
Familiarity with ManyChat or similar chatbot/DM automation tools
Comfortable diagnosing tech problems independently before asking for help — we need someone who can troubleshoot, not just execute
Proficient in Canva for basic design work
Strong written English communication
Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable with deadlines
Able to work independently and flag issues proactively rather than waiting to be asked

Nice to Have

Experience supporting a coaching, course, or service-based online business
Familiarity with Instagram-based lead generation or DM sales funnels
Basic experience with sales/marketing funnel structure
Comfortable following a structured conversation script (we may expand your role into DM lead follow-up down the line)

Details

Type: Part-time to start, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role as you prove yourself
Schedule: overlap with Pacific time zone
Pay: $6/hour to start
Start: ASAP
