Commercial & Industrial Real Estate – Australia
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Virtual Assistant / Business Development Assistant to support a growing commercial and industrial real estate business based in Australia.
You will assist the Company Director directly and help with administration, business development support, research, and client follow-ups.
This role suits someone who is organised, proactive, a fast learner, and comfortable handling a variety of tasks.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist the Company Director with daily business tasks
• Research property owners, companies, and market information
• Data entry and CRM updates
• Prepare reports, documents, and presentations
• Organise appointments and manage the director’s calendar
• Follow up enquiries from advertisements and potential clients
• Lead management and updating enquiry records
• Provide daily updates and progress reports
• Assist with business development tasks and prospect research
• Assist agents and property managers when required
• Basic support for website updates, social media, or SEO if required (not the main task)
Skills Required
• Strong English communication (written and spoken)
• Confident speaking on the phone
• Good organisation and time management
• Strong follow-up skills with enquiries and customers
• Ability to organise appointments and manage schedules
• Ability to work independently and communicate with the team
• Fast learner and able to follow instructions
• Attention to detail
• Comfortable using online tools, spreadsheets, and CRM systems
• Ability to prepare and organise market appraisal reports quickly when required
Additional Skills (Optional / Advantage)
• Experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Business Development support
• Experience in real estate, sales support, or research
• Ability to prepare invoices and assist with basic accounting tasks (not essential but willing to learn)
• Basic knowledge of social media, website updates, or SEO
• Ability to write simple articles or content
• Graphic design skills (Canva or similar) to prepare property IM, brochures, and marketing materials
• Ability to speak Mandarin or Cantonese
