JOB OVERVIEW

Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to assist with batch audio processing and editing. Your primary role will be reviewing audio tracks, identifying and removing non-music elements (such as explicit language, sound effects, skits, intros/outros, and dead space), and exporting finalized files to specific formats and codecs.

This is a remote position with flexible hours, primarily during U.S. daytime hours.

Responsibilities:

Review and edit batches of audio files
Identify and remove:
Explicit language
Sexually explicit or suggestive content
Politically sensitive themes
Sound effects and non-music elements
Intros, interludes, skits, and outros
Silent sections or “dead space”
Ensure clean, consistent audio output
Export/encode files into specified codecs and formats
Follow detailed editing and naming conventions
Maintain organized workflow across multiple files

Requirements:

Strong English communication skills (written & spoken)
Experience with audio editing (or willing to learn Adobe Premiere Pro)
Ability to follow detailed instructions and guidelines
Strong attention to detail and consistency
Reliable internet connection
Availability during U.S. daytime hours
