We are SFH Financial LLC, a growing Medicare agency on a mission to serve and support seniors. We’re seeking a Virtual Assistant to help set appointments for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Call and qualify inbound leads, ensuring they meet Medicare criteria.
2. Schedule appointments on behalf of our licensed agents.
3. Manage calendars, confirm appointments, and follow up with leads.
4. Maintain accurate records in our CRM (GoHighLevel).
Qualifications:
1. Fluent in English (written and spoken) with excellent communication skills.
2. Prior experience in appointment setting, sales support, or a similar role.
3. Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
