Job Title: Virtual Assistant (Amazon Wholesale & Brand Outreach)

Job Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week)
Rate: $3/hour
Schedule: Flexible (must overlap a few hours with U.S. time)

About the Role:

I’m looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help grow my Amazon wholesale business.

This is not just basic admin work — your main responsibility will be reaching out to brands and suppliers to open wholesale accounts.

If you are proactive, organized, and willing to learn, this can turn into a long-term position.

Responsibilities:

Primary (Most Important):
- Research brands and suppliers
- Find contact information (email, phone, websites)
- Send outreach emails to brands for wholesale opportunities
- Follow up consistently with leads
- Track conversations and responses in spreadsheets

Secondary (Admin Tasks):
- Data entry and organization
- Managing Google Sheets
- Basic research tasks
- Keeping records clean and updated

Requirements:

- Strong written English (VERY important for outreach)
- Comfortable sending emails and communicating professionally
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Reliable internet connection
- Willing to learn and follow systems

Bonus (Not Required, But a Plus):

- Experience with Amazon (wholesale, OA, or VA work)
- Experience with cold email or lead generation
- Familiarity with Google Sheets / Excel
