Riverbend Resources designs and sells innovative poultry products, including our popular chicken feeders and waterers (as seen on Shark Tank!). We’re looking for a motivated Virtual Assistant to manage and grow our Amazon presence, supporting our sales and marketing efforts so we can focus on product development and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize Amazon product listings (titles, descriptions, images, keywords, and backend search terms).
Monitor and respond to customer reviews, questions, and messages professionally and promptly.
Conduct keyword research and implement strategies to improve product discoverability and ranking.
Knowledge, creating and implementing Amazon advertising campaigns.
Support product launches and promotions, including coordinating deals, coupons, and ads.
Assist with competitive research to identify opportunities and trends in the poultry product category.
Maintain accurate records of listings, inventory, and marketing campaigns.
Report weekly results, insights, and recommendations for growth.
Collaborate with the team to ensure brand consistency across Amazon and other channels.
Ideally has experience and knowledge combating knockoffs (APEX program, reporting IP infringers, etc.)
Qualifications
Proven experience managing Amazon seller accounts (FBA and/or FBM).
Strong knowledge of Amazon SEO, PPC campaigns, and seller tools (Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Seller Central, etc.).
Excellent communication skills for customer interaction and copywriting.
Highly organized with attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Comfortable with spreadsheets, reporting tools, and basic digital marketing.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
Passion for customer service and problem-solving.
