Job Overview:
Infinity Tax Pros is seeking a highly organized and reliable Virtual Assistant to support daily operations and assist the CEO. This role requires strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, tech-savvy, and able to follow directions while also taking initiative.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative support to the CEO
Manage and organize documents using Google Docs and Google Workspace
Assist with basic GoHighLevel (GHL) tasks and CRM updates
Handle data entry, file organization, and workflow management
Follow detailed instructions and execute tasks accurately
Communicate clearly and professionally in English
Support daily business operations and help streamline processes
Manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or Administrative Assistant
Strong proficiency in Google Docs and Google Workspace
Basic experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) preferred
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to follow directions and comprehend instructions quickly
Willingness to learn new tools and systems
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple responsibilities
Must be willing to work on Zoom during U.S. business hours while on shift
Work Conditions & Compensation:
Remote position
Must be available to start immediately
Must be able to work during U.S. business hours and remain active on Zoom during shift
Weekly pay provided
