JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly capable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support an established law firm with both accounting operations (QuickBooks) and social media management.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and an excellent communicator—able to manage financial tasks with precision while also supporting the firm’s online presence.

Your Mission:
To provide reliable, accurate financial support and help enhance the firm’s digital visibility, allowing the owner to stay focused on high-value legal work.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounting & Bookkeeping (Primary Focus)
* Manage and maintain QuickBooks Online
* Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
* Categorize transactions and maintain clean financial records
* Assist with monthly financial reporting
* Track expenses and flag inconsistencies
* Coordinate with accountant/CPA as needed
* Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all financial data

2. Social Media Management (Secondary Focus)
* Schedule and publish content across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
* Assist with basic content creation (captions, formatting, light graphics using Canva or similar)
* Monitor messages and comments, flagging opportunities or inquiries
* Maintain a consistent posting schedule
* Help build brand presence for the firm and Eric personally

3. Communication & Administrative Support
* Communicate clearly and professionally with tea ---------- mbers
* Assist with email follow-ups or basic administrative coordination as needed
* Proactively identify opportunities to improve workflows and efficiency

Qualifications:

Required:
* 2+ years experience with QuickBooks (Online preferred)
* Strong experience with bank reconciliations
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* Strong written and verbal English communication skills
* Experience with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
* Highly organized and reliable
* Ability to work independently without constant direction

Nice to Have:
* Experience supporting a law firm or professional services business
* Familiarity with legal billing or trust accounting
* Experience with tools like Canva, Hootsuite, Buffer, or GoHighLevel
