JOB OVERVIEW
Looking for a reliable, fast-learning VA for a heavy hybrid role combining graphic design, client orders, branding my companies, internal assets, data cleanup, expense reconciliation, and real AWS management.
This is not “a few logos a week.” You’ll handle real customer orders — logos, thumbnails, random graphics — plus build branding and tons of internal graphic assets for my businesses. You’ll move from Canva to Adobe to mastering ComfyUI for more detailed AI work, optimize our local GPU setup, do spreadsheet organization and expense reconciliation and whatever random data task comes up, and manage the AWS backend. Expect to jump between creative design, admin tasks, and technical work every day.
Key Responsibilities
You will create logos, thumbnails, and random client graphics using Canva as the main tool with Photoshop and Illustrator as a big advantage. You will handle real customer orders and deliver them on time with good quality. You will build branding materials and a lot of internal graphic assets for my companies. You will learn and master ComfyUI to build custom local AI image workflows and optimize our powerful local GPU setup for high-quality output. You will handle spreadsheet organization, expense reconciliation, and random data and admin tasks. You will manage and optimize AWS infrastructure including EC2 auto-scaling, S3 storage with intelligent lifecycle policies, and cost controls using Savings Plans and Reserved Instances. You will design and implement secure production-ready AWS environments with proper IAM roles, security groups, multi-AZ setups, and CloudWatch monitoring for web applications.
Requirements
Proven experience in graphic design and logo creation — share your portfolio or Fiverr/Upwork link. Strong Canva skills are required; advanced design tools are a plus. You must be willing and able to quickly learn new tools like ComfyUI and our GPU setup. Real Amazon AWS experience is needed. Good English communication, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Bonus if you have prior experience with Stable Diffusion, AI tools, or basic data management.
This role has strong growth potential. As you improve on the AI/ComfyUI and AWS side, responsibilities and compensation can increase.
Hours are flexible but consistent output and communication is expected.
How to Apply
Reply with a short introduction telling us why you’re a good fit for this multi-skilled role, your portfolio or examples of logo and graphic design work or link to your Fiverr/Upwork profile, your expected weekly availability, and answer this question: What’s the difference between S3 Standard, Intelligent-Tiering, and Glacier Instant Retrieval? When would you pick each for a client project, and how do you actually control costs with lifecycle policies?
Only serious applicants with relevant design experience and AWS knowledge will be considered.
If you’re eager to learn AI tools and deliver excellent work, we’d love to hear from you.
