JOB OVERVIEW

Virtual Assistant (AI Translation & Canva)

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Virtual Assistant to help translate and format multilingual advertising creatives using ChatGPT and Canva.

No professional translation or graphic design experience is required. We provide training.

What You’ll Do
- Translate and review advertising content using ChatGPT and other AI tools
- Ensure translations are natural, accurate, and preserve the original message
- Place translated text into Canva designs
- Adjust fonts, spacing, alignment, and layouts for readability
- Check for missing, duplicated, or untranslated text
- Follow instructions, naming conventions, and brand guidelines

Requirements
- Good English comprehension
- Comfortable using ChatGPT or similar AI tools
- Basic Canva skills (or willingness to learn)
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
- Reliable internet connection

Experience with virtual assistance, Canva, AI tools, localization, or advertising is a plus, but not required.

Employment Details

- Full-time remote contract
- 8 working hours per day
- Working hours are tracked using TimeProof
- $2.50/hour during the first 3 months
- From $3.00/hour after probation
- Future increases are based on quality, accuracy, speed, reliability, and overall performance
