Virtual Assistant: AI-Powered Local SEO Site Builder (Rank and Rent System)

Type: Part-time to start (10-20 hrs/week), full-time potential Pay: [$X/hr or $X per completed asset] Schedule: Flexible, with [X] hours overlapping US Eastern Time Company: Rank High Local (US-based digital marketing company)

About the Role

We build small, hyper-targeted local websites that rank in Google and get cited by AI search engines (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity), then lease those digital assets to local businesses. Most of the heavy lifting is done by an AI platform we created. Your job is to run the repeatable production process around it: set up accounts, deploy sites, create short videos, publish supporting content, and get everything verified with Google.

You will follow a documented step-by-step system with video training provided. You do not need to invent strategy. You need to execute the checklist accurately, every time, and keep clean records.

What You Will Do (per asset, roughly 2-4 hours of hands-on work)

1. Purchase and log a local phone number (Twilio or Plivo) and select a placeholder business address for the target city.

2. Set up email routing on a Cloudflare domain (catch-all email address per project).

3. Enter the business data (name, address, phone, email) into Rockz.ai, run its keyword assistant, and select target keywords using our scoring rules (high ad spend, zero organic competition).

4. Generate 3 website variants with different themes, review them for quality, and publish them to Amazon S3 with one click.

5. Create one short (1-2 minute) AI voiceover video per site using software (script, voice, music, and B-roll are all point and click), then upload each video to its own YouTube channel with AI-generated titles, descriptions, and tags.

6. Publish an AI-generated Reddit post per site (copy, paste in Markdown mode, post, save the link back).

7. Link everything together in the platform and redeploy so each site shows its video.

8. Verify each site in Google Search Console and submit sitemaps.

9. Create one Google Business Profile per asset using our exact process, then leave it untouched per our rules.

10. Build and publish a local micro directory site to a Cloudflare subdomain and verify it in Search Console.

11. Track every URL, keyword, account, and credential in our asset organizer spreadsheet, and report ranking wins with screenshots.

You Are a Great Fit If You

Have strong written English and careful attention to detail (copy and paste accuracy matters here; one wrong phone number breaks an asset)

Have experience with any of: basic SEO, YouTube uploads, WordPress or website builders, Canva or simple video tools, data entry with spreadsheets

Can follow a video SOP exactly and flag anything that does not match the training instead of improvising

Are comfortable creating and managing multiple accounts (YouTube channels, Google Search Console properties, Cloudflare) and keeping logins organized

Communicate proactively: short daily updates, clear questions, screenshots when something looks off

Nice to Have (not required):
Familiarity with Google Business Profile, Google Search Console, or local SEO
Reddit experience
Twilio, Plivo, or any VoIP dashboard experience
Loom or screen-recording experience

What Success Looks Like?

First 2 weeks: complete training videos, shadow one asset build, then complete your first solo asset with zero checklist misses

Month 1: 4-6 complete assets deployed, verified, and logged

Ongoing: 2-3 assets per week, accurate records, and ranking screenshots delivered without being asked

How We Work?

Everything is documented. You get the full video course, our SOP checklist, and the asset tracker template on day one.

You will never handle company billing or payment credentials. Purchases (domains, phone numbers) are made on pre-approved accounts we provide, or requested through me.
