JOB OVERVIEW

AI Video Production Assistant — Full-Time Position

We’re building out our production team and are currently looking for a new AI Video Production Assistant. We operate a growing network of YouTube channels and publish content daily, so consistency and reliability are extremely important to us.

Your role will be centered around an existing production workflow. Rather than starting from scratch, you’ll learn our process for scripting, producing, and publishing videos. We’ll provide training on the AI tools used throughout the workflow from your first day.

There will be a learning curve at the beginning, and the work requires someone who can stay focused and execute the process every day. In return, this is designed to be a long-term role with room to grow.

We’re not looking for someone who wants to fit this around another job or treat it as a quick side income opportunity. We need someone ready to dedicate themselves fully.

What We Need

Full-time availability - 8 hours a day
Patience and commitment during the learning phase
Obsessive attention to detail
Ability to work independently and stay on track without supervision
Comfortable picking up new Al tools quickly
Stable internet connection, always reachable during work hours
Solid written English skills
Long-term only — we invest in people who invest in us

Bonus points

Familiarity with YouTube or content workflows
Hands-on experience with Al tools
Background in VA or operations work

Compensation
Base: $300 USD/month + performance bonuses
2-month review with potential pay increase
All tools provided and paid for - nothing comes out of your pocket
