JOB OVERVIEW

Virtual Assistant / Designer (2D + 3D) – Full-Time, Pacific Time

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with strong 2D and 3D design skills to support daily business operations and creative work.
This is a full-time remote position working on United States – California (Pacific Time) hours.

Position Details

Schedule:
7:30 AM – 17:30 PM
Pacific Time
Sunday to Friday

Friday and Sunday will be short shifts ending at 3:00

Pay is biweekly a total of $1000 a month
Long-term position for the right candidate

Required Skills & Qualifications

English & Communication

Excellent spoken and written English (mandatory)
Clear communication and fast responsiveness during work hours

Design Skills (Required)

2D Design

* Strong proficiency in Canva (mandatory)
* Basic to intermediate skills in Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator
* Ability to design:

* Social media posts
* Ads and promotional graphics
* Thumbnails, banners, and brand visuals
* Presentations and PDFs
* Strong eye for layout, spacing, colors, and typography
* Ability to follow brand guidelines and visual references

3D Design (Required)

Ability to create **basic to intermediate 3D designs**
Experience with **at least one** 3D software:

Blender
Cinema 4D
SketchUp
Fusion 360
or similar
Ability to:

Create simple 3D objects or product mockups
Adjust lighting, materials, and angles
Export clean renders for marketing or presentations
Experience with 3D product visualization is a strong plus

Email and calendar management
Data entry and online research
File organization (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.)
Basic customer support and follow-ups
Ability to multitask and manage priorities independently

Responsibilities

* Create and edit **2D and 3D visual content**
* Design graphics and 3D assets for marketing and internal use
* Assist with daily administrative and operational tasks
* Support content, social media, and brand-related work
* Coordinate tasks, organize files, and manage small projects
* Other duties as needed to support business growth

## **Design Test (Required)**

Shortlisted candidates will complete a paid design test (1–2 hours max), which may include:

1 simple 2D design** (social post or promo)
1 basic 3D object or product-style render**
Following a short visual reference or instructions

This test evaluates:

Design quality (2D + 3D)
Ability to follow instructions
Speed, attention to detail, and communication
