# Virtual Assistant (VA) – Phone Outreach & Lead Generation

**Hourly Rate: $5 USD per hour**

## Job Description

We are looking for a proactive, confident, and organised Virtual Assistant to help us connect with parents, tutors, and students. The main responsibility of this role is to make outbound phone calls, build relationships, follow up with potential leads, and help grow our network.

The ideal candidate must be comfortable speaking on the phone, communicate clearly in English, and represent our services in a friendly and professional manner.

### Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound phone calls to parents, tutors, and students.
- Reach out to potential tutors to introduce our services and explore opportunities to work together.
- Contact parents and students to understand their tutoring needs and explain our services.
- Follow up with prospective clients and tutors through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, contact details, and follow-up actions.
- Update lead lists and track the progress of each contact.
- Handle enquiries professionally and direct more complex questions to the relevant team member.
- Provide regular updates on outreach activity, responses, and results.

### Requirements
- **Must have an eSIM-compatible smartphone** to support the phone and eSIM setup required for the role.
- Excellent spoken English and a professional telephone manner.
- Confidence in making outbound calls and speaking with new people.
- Strong communication, organisation, and follow-up skills.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet environment for making calls.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and basic online tools.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently.
- Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, sales, lead generation, or appointment setting is an advantage.

### Working Hours
Working hours will be discussed with the successful candidate. Applicants must indicate their availability and confirm whether they can work during Irish business hours.

### Compensation
- **$5 USD per hour.**
