Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Virtual Assistant to support our operations. This role involves handling administrative tasks, coordinating with clients, and assisting in project management. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and respond to emails and communications.
Schedule meetings and manage calendars.
Prepare and organize documents and presentations.
Communicate with clients to gather requirements and provide updates.
Assist in tracking project progress and deadlines.
Conduct research and maintain databases.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
Familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
