JOB OVERVIEW

I am a sex therapist, coach, and expert on sexless marriages, expanding my 25+ year business that focuses on intimacy, connection, and sexual wellness for individuals and couples. I am looking for a creative, detail-oriented VA who wants to be a team member in growing this business. You are familiar with Canva, WordPress, and Talk.co; and know Eventbrite, HubSpot, and Flodesk very well. You can manage social media content creation, course promotion, email marketing, podcast and speaking opportunity outreach, and CRM effectively and successfully. Communication is priority.

I am looking for someone who is very efficient, works quickly and maintains high quality on projects.

Social Media — Creating reels, carousels, and posts for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn

Newsletters — Designing and managing email newsletters in Flodesk

Website — Periodic updates and maintenance in WordPress

CRM — Managing leads and communications through HubSpot

Scheduling — Managing bookings and calendar coordination through Talk.co

Courses — Supporting promotion and light management of existing courses on my website

Retreat Marketing — Creating and managing Eventbrite listings and promotion for my retreats

Podcast Outreach — Researching and pitching me as a guest expert on relevant podcasts (I do not host my own — I am a guest expert only)

Speaking Engagements — Assisting with outreach and coordination for corporate workshop and speaking bookings on sexual wellness

Must be comfortable with WordPress, Talk.co, and Eventbrite; Proficient on Canva, Flodesk, Hubspot- expertise across these latter three tools is a must!

Full-time role; I am seeking a team member.
Rate — $5–$8 USD/hour
Communication — must be able to speak fluent English, written and spoken.

I have worked with VAs for about a decade. I value honesty, communication, speed, and attention to detail. I’m seeking a true team member who also understands my mission and the bottom line.
