JOB OVERVIEW

Part time, 16-24 hours per week Salary: $250 to $500 USD per month to start. Reviewed after 3 months, then every 6 months, with increases tied to the responsibility you take on.

- Payment: Every month via Wise
- Hours: Minimum 4 hours overlap with our office in the Netherlands. That means starting at 3:00 PM Manila time at the latest. The rest of your hours are yours to plan. Start date: As soon as we find the right person

What we need from you:

- Strong English, written and spoken. You will be writing to our clients and to our team every day.
Reliable internet. Minimum 20 Mbps, plus a backup plan for when your connection or power goes out.
- You are careful with numbers. If a payment fails, you notice it before we do.
- You finish things. You only say a task is done when it is actually done.
- You want to stay. We are investing serious time in training you.
- We are looking for someone who wants to grow into an operations role over the next few years, not someone testing the waters for three months.
