JOB OVERVIEW

Job Summary: We are a corporate finance company (SBA and Commercial lending) looking for a reliable and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our daily operations. The ideal candidate will act as my right hand, providing assistance with various tasks to help streamline workflows and enhance productivity. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
2. Task Management: Assist in prioritizing and managing daily tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and responsibilities are handled effectively.
3. Research: Conduct research and gather information as needed for projects, reports, and decision-making.
4. Communication: Serve as a point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective communication.
5. Document Preparation: Prepare, edit, and organize documents, presentations, and reports to support ongoing projects and initiatives.
6. Data Management: Maintain and update databases, ensuring accuracy and reliability of information.
7. Project Coordination: Assist in coordinating projects by managing timelines, resources, and follow-ups.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with various online collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams, Google meet).
• Zoho CRM
• File Management
• Onboarding, document collection, and strong follow up skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Corporate Finance (lending) and SBA knowledge a plus
