Virtual Assistant – Endurance Hardscaping

About Endurance Hardscaping
Endurance Hardscaping is a growing hardscaping company helping homeowners transform their outdoor spaces through high-quality patios, walkways, retaining walls, outdoor living spaces, and other hardscape projects.
We are looking for a highly organized, responsive, and proactive Virtual Assistant to help manage our leads, customers, scheduling, CRM, and day-to-day administrative operations.
This is not a position for someone who simply waits for instructions.
We want someone who takes ownership, communicates clearly, follows systems, and makes sure nothing falls through the cracks.
Primary Responsibilities
Lead Management and Speed-to-Lead
One of your most important responsibilities will be making sure every new lead receives a fast and professional response.
You will:
- Monitor incoming leads throughout the workday
- Contact new leads quickly
- Call and text leads when appropriate
- Respond to basic customer questions
- Follow up consistently with leads who have not responded
- Update every lead inside the CRM
- Move leads into the correct pipeline stages
- Make sure every lead has a clear next action
- Help prevent qualified opportunities from being forgotten
Speed matters.
If someone submits their information requesting a quote or consultation, we want them contacted as quickly as possible.
Appointment and Calendar Management
You will help manage the sales calendar and make sure appointments are properly scheduled and confirmed.
Responsibilities may include:
- Scheduling initial phone consultations
- Scheduling in-person property walkthroughs
- Sending appointment confirmations
- Sending reminders
- Rescheduling appointments
- Following up with missed appointments
- Keeping the calendar accurate
- Making sure Tyler knows what appointments are coming up
CRM Management
You will help maintain and organize our CRM.
We should always be able to look at a lead and immediately understand:
Where is this person in the process?
What was the last interaction?
What needs to happen next?
You will be responsible for:
- Updating contact records
- Adding notes
- Updating pipeline stages
- Creating follow-up tasks
- Checking for overdue follow-ups
- Identifying leads that require attention
- Keeping customer information accurate
- Making sure leads do not disappear inside the CRM
Experience with GoHighLevel is strongly preferred.
Customer Communication
You will regularly communicate with homeowners through:
- Phone
- SMS

You must be able to communicate professionally, clearly, and confidently.
Excellent written and spoken English is required.
You should be comfortable speaking directly with potential customers and representing Endurance Hardscaping professionally.
Administrative Support
You may also assist with general administrative responsibilities such as:
- Updating spreadsheets
- Organizing customer information
- Maintaining lead records
- Preparing simple reports
- Organizing documents
- Following up on outstanding tasks
- Helping coordinate internal communication
- Keeping systems organized
- Completing miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed

We do not want someone who needs to be reminded repeatedly to complete basic responsibilities.

- Ability to complete responsibilities without constant reminders
