We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our day-to-day administrative operations.

In this role, you'll manage documentation, keep records organized, and help ensure our internal processes run smoothly. While you'll occasionally assist customers, your primary focus will be providing accurate and efficient administrative support.

What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience with an HVAC, field service, or trade-based company (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, property maintenance, energy installation, or a similar service business) - MUST
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Operations Coordinator, or a similar administrative role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new software and systems
- Experience processing warranties, permits, rebate applications, compliance documents, or other service-related paperwork

Key Responsibilities:
- Register warranties for HVAC and related equipment
- Prepare and submit rebate applications
- Organize and maintain digital records
- Support process improvements and administrative workflows
- Create, schedule, and manage social media content
- Prepare and send invoices after job completion
- Provide general administrative support and assist customers as needed

Work Schedule & Setup:
- Full-time, remote
- 8 hours per day, 5 days per week
- US timezone (night shift in PH)
