# Job Title: Virtual Assistant – Google Business Profile & Social Media Manager

## About Us

We are a growing multi-location dental practice committed to providing exceptional patient care and building a strong online presence. We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to manage our Google Business Profiles, social media accounts, and online reputation.

## Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive Virtual Assistant who can help increase our online visibility, improve patient engagement, and maintain a professional brand across multiple digital platforms.

## Responsibilities

### Google Business Profile Management

* Manage multiple Google Business Profiles.
* Post updates, promotions, and announcements weekly.
* Respond professionally to patient reviews (positive and negative).
* Monitor and answer Google Q&A.
* Update business hours, services, and photos as needed.
* Track profile performance and provide monthly reports.
* Help improve local SEO and Google rankings.

### Social Media Management

* Create and schedule engaging content for:

* Facebook
* Instagram
* TikTok
* LinkedIn
* Design graphics using Canva.
* Edit short videos and reels.
* Write engaging captions and relevant hashtags.
* Respond to comments and direct messages.
* Monitor social media trends and recommend new ideas.

### Marketing Support

* Coordinate monthly marketing campaigns.
* Promote special offers and new services.
* Assist with patient testimonials and before/after content.
* Maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms.

## Requirements

* Experience managing Google Business Profiles.
* Experience with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
* Strong written and spoken English.
* Knowledge of Canva and basic video editing (CapCut or similar).
* Familiarity with Google Workspace.
* Understanding of local SEO is a plus.
* Highly organized and able to meet deadlines.
* Dental or healthcare marketing experience is preferred but not required.

## Compensation

* Remote position.
* Flexible hours (20–40 hours per week depending on experience).
