Virtual Assistant — Remote (Full-Time)
Company: Majestix Collection Location: Remote (Philippines-based preferred)
We're a growing pre-owned luxury watch company looking for a Virtual Assistant who doesn't just follow instructions — but follows them well, takes ownership of their work, and genuinely wants to get better at what they do every single day.
What You'll Be Doing
You will support the team with day-to-day tasks across multiple functions, help improve how things get done, and learn new tools and skills as the company scales. Some days you'll be managing listings. Other days you'll be drafting SOPs, editing content, or troubleshooting a workflow. No two weeks look the same, and that's the point.
This is a remote role with long-term growth potential for the right person.
Qualifications
Core Requirements:
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Proficiency in data management, including advanced skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Basic graphic design skills using Canva
Comfortable learning new tools and systems (Google Workspace, communication and project management tools)
Self-motivated, proactive, and open to feedback
Eager to learn and adapt to new tools, strategies, and responsibilities
Process and Documentation Skills:
Ability to understand processes end-to-end, document them clearly, identify errors or gaps, and propose solutions
Can translate a founder's high-level process into a detailed SOP without requiring every step to be spelled out
Understands the difference between a process (what needs to happen from point A to point B) and an SOP (how each step is actually executed)
Can identify dependencies, feedback loops, and handoff points within a workflow
AI Knowledge and Self-Driven Learning:
Has at least basic working knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, NotebookLM, and similar platforms
Has already used AI independently to learn, improve workflows, and solve problems — not just watching tutorials, but actually applying it
Self-Accountability and Independence:
Works effectively without constant supervision
Holds yourself accountable to outcomes, deliverables, and KPIs
Tracks your own actions, results, and areas for improvement as part of a self-managing work system
Tech and Tools:
Comfortable using project management tools, CRMs, task managers, and automation platforms
Familiarity with social media platforms and content tools such as Canva, Descript, and CapCut is a plus
Experience with CRMs like GoHighLevel is a plus
Big plus if you have hands-on experience with automation platforms like Pabbly, Zapier, or n8n
Hardware Requirements:
Device with at least 16GB of RAM and an Intel i5 processor (or equivalent)
Dual monitor setup
Stable internet connection of at least 50 Mbps
