Executive Virtual Assistant | Outreach, Scheduling & Content Coordinator
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support multiple growing businesses. This position requires someone who can work Eastern Time business hours and handle a combination of outreach, scheduling, content support, and administrative tasks.
This is a long-term opportunity with room for growth into management and specialized roles.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Phone Calls & Outreach
Call business owners and decision makers
Follow call scripts and outreach processes
Schedule podcast interviews and product demonstrations
Conduct follow-up calls and
Maintain accurate CRM records
Research and verify business information
Calendar & Scheduling
Schedule appointments and meetings
Manage podcast bookings
Send confirmations and reminders
Coordinate calendars and availability
Social Media Support
Schedule social media posts
Create simple Canva graphics
Upload and organize content
Assist with content planning
Video Support
Create clips from podcasts and interviews
Add captions and basic edits using CapCut
Organize video files and content folders
Administrative Tasks
Data entry
Spreadsheet management
CRM updates
Contact list building
Research projects
General business support
REQUIRED SKILLS
Strong English speaking and writing skills
Comfortable making phone calls
Organized and detail-oriented
Basic knowledge of ChatGPT/Claude/Gemini
Experience using Google Workspace
Experience using Canva
Experience using CapCut or similar video editor
Ability to follow SOPs and processes
Comfortable learning new software
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
Must work Eastern Time business hours
Reliable computer
Reliable headset with microphone
Stable internet connection
Backup internet connection strongly preferred
