Virtual Assistant — Systems, Database & Brand Support
(20 hrs/week | Remote)
Role Summary
This is a systems-driven role for someone who takes ownership, brings order to complexity, and executes with
consistency. You will be responsible for building and maintaining the operational backbone of a real estate
business — starting with database cleanup and expanding into systems, reporting, and brand support.
Core Responsibilities
• Own CRM accuracy and structure (KW Command required)
• Design and implement scalable tagging and database systems
• Build and document repeatable workflows (sellers, buyers, follow-up, marketing)
• Execute weekly seller reports and market tracking without reminders
• Maintain complete, organized deal files and property documentation
• Pull comps and support pricing decisions
• Conduct market research (Crexi, RealNex, MLS, ---------- )
• Manage follow-up systems and calendar coordination
• Maintain content organization and support brand consistency
• Identify inefficiencies and improve systems proactively
This role does not manage transactions or closings
