NOW HIRING: Social Media & Design Virtual Assistant (Solar Industry)
Full-Time | Remote | Growth Opportunity

Are you creative, organized, and know how to actually execute — not just “post and hope”?

At US Power Solar, we’re growing fast and looking for a high-level Virtual Assistant who can handle graphic design, social media scheduling, and marketing support for a fast-paced solar company.

This is NOT a basic admin role.
We need someone who can think, create, and execute.

What You’ll Be Doing
Create clean, engaging graphics for social media (Instagram, TikTok, ads)
Schedule and manage content across platforms
Upload and manage content in Go High Level (GHL)
Support canvassing & sales teams with marketing materials
Assist with Sales Rabbit updates / tracking / support
Post blogs and update website (WordPress)
Keep marketing organized, consistent, and on-brand
Available to work US Los Angeles hours (Graveyard shift) No Exceptions

What We’re Looking For
Strong graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe, etc.)
Experience scheduling and managing social media content
Familiar with Go High Level (GHL) (big plus)
Familiar with Sales Rabbit (huge plus)
Solar experience (preferred, not required — we can train)
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Able to work independently and meet deadlines
Strong communication and responsiveness
