About Us
Ecomstoree is a fast-growing eCommerce agency helping brands scale on Amazon. We’re building out our sales team and need a reliable Virtual Assistant to help us generate high-quality leads and keep our data organized.
What You’ll Be Doing
Build targeted lead lists for our sales team
Research companies and find decision-makers (CEO, Founder, Head of Marketing, etc.)
Use LinkedIn and other tools to gather accurate contact information
Organize and manage data inside Google Sheets
Perform data entry with high accuracy
Conduct market and competitor research
Keep spreadsheets clean, structured, and up to date
Requirements (Must Have)
Strong experience with Google Sheets / Excel
Comfortable using formulas (VLOOKUP, IF, etc.)
Experience with lead generation and list building
Strong LinkedIn research skills
Fluent English (written and verbal)
Great attention to detail (VERY important)
Reliable internet and ability to work CST hours
Able to work independently and follow instructions
Nice to Have
Experience in sales support or outreach
Familiar with CRMs or lead tools
Experience working with eCommerce or Amazon brands
