JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Virtual Assistant (minimum 3 years) with an advanced degree to help manage research projects, coordinate appointments, and handle key administrative tasks. You must be comfortable working USA business hours and communicating fluently in English.

Key Responsibilities:

Research: Conduct market, partner, and grant research related to recycling programs, sustainability trends, and vendor opportunities. Summarize findings into actionable reports.
Appointment Setting: Schedule and confir ---------- etings with clients, municipal contacts, and internal teams. Manage calendar conflicts proactively.
Email & Communication Management: Draft, organize, and respond to correspondence on behalf of leadership.
Data Entry & CRM Updates: Maintain accurate records in our CRM (HubSpot or similar).
Administrative Support: Prepare documents, presentations, and meeting agendas. Assist with light project coordination.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 3 years as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
Education: Advanced degree (Master’s preferred) in Business, Environmental Studies, Communications, or a related field.
Research Skills: Proven ability to perform online research, synthesize data, and present insights clearly.
Tech Savvy: Proficient with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, CRM tools, and scheduling platforms (Calendly, etc.).
Availability: Must be able to work standard USA business hours (time zone flexibility for EST/CST/MST/PST).
Language: Exceptional written and verbal English.
Self-Starter: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
