JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to provide dedicated, one-on-one support to our broker. This role is focused on streamlining daily operations by managing schedules, coordinating calls and appointments, and handling administrative tasks with efficiency and discretion in a remote environment.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with proficiency in Spanish considered a strong plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, along with experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to enhance productivity and support daily workflows. Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to schedule efficinetly for our broker is a necessity for this role.
