JOB OVERVIEW

We’re Hiring: Virtual Assistant (Part-Time | Growth Opportunity)
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Virtual Assistant to support a fast-growing brand focused on events, media, and client support.

This is not just a task-based role—we’re looking for someone who can help keep things organized, moving, and executed at a high level behind the scenes.

What You’ll Be Doing:
-Managing and organizing backend systems to support clients
-Creating and editing documents in Google Docs and Google Sheets
-Designing flyers and marketing materials in Canva (using templates)
-Assisting with CRM (GoHighLevel) and basic automations
-Building and maintaining social media calendars
-Scheduling and posting social content
-Supporting event promotions and communications
-Keeping projects on track and deadlines met

Who This Is Perfect For
Someone who:
-Is highly organized and detail-driven
-Has strong communication and follow-up skills (this is critical)
-Some calls may be made and experience with sales is a bonus
-Is good with people and knows how to keep things moving
-Takes ownership and works well without micromanagement
-Learns quickly and is resourceful
-Can manage deadlines and stay on track
-Must-Have Experience
-Google Sheets and Google Docs
-Canva (flyers, templates, working with logos and photos)
-Social media management and content scheduling

Preferred Experience
-GoHighLevel (or any CRM/automation platform)
-Experience building social media calendars
-Marketing or branding awareness

Details
-Approximately 10-15 hours per week to start
-Must be available during Eastern Time hours
-Fully remote
-Strong potential for increased hours and growth
